How people should take good care of their mental health

This post is made in honor of world mental health month 

Well, this post is going to be about how people can take care of their mental health. There will be list attached with explanations on how to stabilize your mental health.

Here are some ways below;
Do not bodle up your emotions: It is good to have an open mind, if anything is bothering you talk to someone whom you know will listen to you like a friend or family member. Most people feel embarrassed about their emotions they think it's a sign of weakness so they keep it within themselves well the joke is on you when you keep your emotions inside you are killing yourself becoming weaker ironic isn't it. When you tell your friends what you are feeling it give you a sense of relief, your body will start function properly and it makes you strong, so always talk to people you know that will listen, understand and be of great help to you.

Be mindful on how you drink: There are people when down drink alcohol to change their mood but alcohol contains chemicals that is capable of worsening your situation so it's better to be mindful on how you drink.  Drink sensibly by doing light drinking.

Eat in the right proportions: what we eat also affects how we feel for instance taking caffeine makes people tense. It is necessary to eat a balanced diet to reduce tensions and strengthen your body.

Regular exercises: Studies show that when you are active by exercising for like 15 minutes it releases chemicals from your brain making you healthy. It plays a role in mental health.

Take a break: After doing a certain amount of work especially bulky work ensure to take a break to avoid stress being built up, stress  affect our health negatively . Taking a break, a well deserved time for yourself and what makes you happy. This positively affects your mental health.

Seeking help: Most people think they can handle the task by themselves but if the work is bulky do not hesitate to call for help when you know you need it. Asking for help plays a part in mental health.

Accept you as you: To build your self esteem, you need to learn acceptance. You are a being with feelings and yes you make mistakes which is normal but you also have to learn from those mistakes it can be effective in mental health.

Do something you are talented at: The ability to do 'what you are good' at or 'what your talent is' can really brighten your mood. If you are yet to discover your gift try learning a skill and perfecting it you will see that you will begin to enjoy it. It reduces stress 

Care for others: Always be able to return the favor. Being in depth gets annoying  so be good to others that helped you so that you can let go of the weight on your shoulders.
