Anxiety
Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness or unease typically of imminent events with uncertain outcomes. It is a feeling of fear or apprehension of what would happen in a later date or the future. Examples; First day of school, Job interview, Career choices and so on.
Causes of Anxiety
For this blog, the only cause of anxiety is fear. Fear is basically what I would say causes anxiety.
When a person dwells too much on what happens next in life, thoughts begin to form in the mind which can lead to stress pattern as well as form different emotions that are buddled up inside the person in regards to how he/she responds to what he is thinking. In the definition I said that anxiety is a feeling of worry, so when someone dwells on what is to come it distracts them from what is presently happening. The person reacts to the thoughts he/she is imagining due to the threat, pain it imposes on the individual as he/she maneuvers through their thoughts. The effect each outcome has on them is what leads to fear which in turn leads to anxiety.
Scientists and most therapists will say that anxiety is caused by fear and there is a place in the brain that causes this fear, I am not against it seeing as it is the brain that is responsible for all both voluntary and involuntary actions plus it is also responsible for our emotions.
However, the major cause of anxiety is stress. When a person rethinks everything about what next is going to happen it poses stress on him or her. It is stressful thinking about the future.

This will stop you from doing things that you like doing, you may even lose some sleep, It could cause paranoia, you will be scared of almost everything that is what makes a person depressed.
