Anxiety

 Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness or unease typically of imminent events with uncertain outcomes. It is a feeling of fear or apprehension of what would happen in a later date or the future. Examples; First day of school, Job interview, Career choices and so on. Causes of Anxiety   For this blog, the only cause of anxiety is fear. Fear is basically what I would say causes anxiety.   When a person dwells too much on what happens next in life, thoughts begin to form in the mind which can lead to stress pattern as well as form different emotions that are buddled up inside the person in regards to how he/she responds to what he is thinking. In the definition I said that anxiety is a feeling of worry, so when someone dwells on what is to come it distracts them from what is presently happening. The Role of Fear in Depression

     Fear is an unpleasant  emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain or harm. Contrary to irrational reactions of objects that pose little or no harm (known as phobias), fear is a rational reaction to potentially dangerous objects or events. It is a natural, primitive emotion that mankind has embraced over the course of history and still plays a role in society today.
